Seaboard Station is a vibrant, mixed-use residential community in downtown Raleigh that brings together three distinctive apartment buildings — The Signal, The Miles, and The Point — alongside retail, dining, and urban amenities. Set within a reimagined neighborhood rooted in historic charm and modern design, Seaboard Station offers elevated living experiences connected to everything the city has to offer.

My team was responsible for branding each apartment community and building a full brand guide for each property. As the designer on the project, I created all print materials across the three buildings, ensuring every touchpoint felt cohesive while still reflecting each community’s unique personality.

The Signal is a downtown Raleigh apartment community within Seaboard Station, created to deliver a modern, connected living experience. My role focused on print and environmental design, including the rack card, leasing office vinyl, and stationery—helping translate the brand into real-world touchpoints that support leasing and resident communications.

The Point is one of Seaboard Station’s residential properties, designed to feel approachable, refined, and lifestyle-forward. I created a suite of print collateral, including a brochure, rack card, stationery, and business cards, giving the leasing team a consistent set of branded pieces to use across tours, outreach, and everyday communication.
