Seaboard Station is a vibrant, mixed-use residential community in downtown Raleigh that brings together three distinctive apartment buildings .
My team was responsible for branding each apartment community and building a full brand guide for each property. As the designer on the project, I created all print materials across the three buildings, ensuring every touchpoint felt cohesive while still reflecting each community’s unique personality.
The Signal is a downtown Raleigh apartment community within Seaboard Station, created to deliver a modern, connected living experience.
